Hasselblad Integrated Digital Cameras

In the medium format market Hasselblad was first to have an integrated camera solution with the H1D released at photokina 2004. The new H3DII-31, H3DII-39 and H3DII-50 cameras are developments of the H1D, H2D and H3D, incorporating many new features unique in this market: New, bright 3" display • Single battery operation  • D-APO lens corrections (Chromatic

Aberration and Distortion)   • IAA image selection tools. The H3DII-31 has a 31Mpix sensor giving 16 bit files of 181MB and the H3DII-39 has a 39Mpix sensor giving 16 bit files of 223MB. The H3DII-50, the newest of the family, uses a 50Mpix sensor giving 16 bit files of 300MB. All use the new Phocus software, and now have a top ISO of 800 and capture speeds of up to 1.2 seconds per frame.  All are equipped with CF card storage, or can be used with an external ImageBank II or tethered to your computer.

Hasselblad Integrated Design for the V System

IIn 2006, the 100th anniversary of the birth of Victor Hasselblad, Hasselblad launched a limited edition 503CWD Kit comprising a 503CW Body, a Zeiss Planar 80mm f2.8 CFE lens and the new CFVII Digital back. The CFVII back has been designed around the original lines of the camera resulting in a visually integrated design, but the integration goes much further and the back operates without any external cables. The square

format 16Mpixel  sensor gives high quality images stored internally on a CF card or shot direct to a computer or the ImageBank II external hard drive. Whether you need a complete kit or just a digital back, the CFVII continues the tradition of the Hasselblad V System.

Hasselblad Digital Backs

The CFII-39 back is designed to fit a wide range of different camera platforms, like Hasselblad V or H systems, but can also be used fitted to a view camera with a V or H system adapter plate. The backs utilises the i-adapter system and can also be fitted to a wide range of different camera platforms, Hasselblad V or H system, Rollei, Mamiya, and Contax to name just a few. The CF back is also available in 'Multi Shot' version, CFII-39MS, in which the sensor is moved by a single pixel in 4 consecutive shots so that the image can be captured with a full set of un-interpolated colour data.

Hasselblad Flextight Scanners

Hasselblad’s patented virtual drum technology make its scanners unique. The original is rolled over a drum and scanned across the bend where the film is necessarily flat. This process gives the best possible quality available in a desktop scanner. With true optical resolution of up to 8000dpi it is possible to capture the smallest detail and most subtle nuance recorded on the film. The two models X1 and X5 differ in their maximum resolution and the speed of scanning, but both use the same virtual drum technology
